  • 1. Black and one cymk composite color per page or fraction of a page, $350.00
  • 2. Special matched pms colors, in conjunction with a full color ad or a black & white ad would carry an additional charge of $600.00

  • This process can be done one of two ways, but in either case we are requesting a proof of the ad along with the ad insertion order so these ads can be placed correctly, in their properly requested publication. A PDF file is the preferred, exceptable file type so nothing moves, type fonts aren’t missed, etc, so you get what you want the first time. If files are sent in their native program the magazine will not be responsible for their content, art, layout, type fonts, etc.
  • 1. (Preferred) Using the Advertising Material Form on this site. When submitting Advertising, click on the Advertising Material button and a small form will appear for you to fill out pertinent information such as your name, e-mail address, publication you want your ad to appear in, etc. Once the information is given, you can click on the Browse button, and attach your material here. Click Upload and your file will be attached and sent. You will get a return e-mail noting that we have received your ad material. We will review the file to be sure all is well.
  • 2. You can also send us a disk with your ad. In this case you can enclose a Digital proof of the ad and a copy of the insertion order.


  • As a precaution, a PDF file of the finished ad will be returned to you electronically for your approval. Please submit your approval in a timely manner.
    The following dates are firm, as to “Space Guarantee” and “Receipt of Ad Copy” We want you to have your advertisement included in the specific publication you want, and to allow ample time for the proofing process to take place these dates must be adhered to:

    COMMISSION AND DISCOUNTS
    Agency commission: 15% of gross billing allowed to recognized advertising agencies.* Recognized in-house agencies must provide complete digital files to printer in order to receive commission. No commission allowed on mechanical art preparation or special charges. Invoice terms are net 30 days, no cash discount. Advertisers will be short rated if within a 12 month period of date of first insertion they do not run amount of space billings are based on. Advertisers will be rebated if within a 12 month period of date of first insertion they have used sufficient space to warrant a lower rate than that billed. Interest will be charged on past due accounts.
    *Provided payment is made within 30 days of invoice.

    Printed by sheet fed offset, saddle-stitched.
    Trim size: 8 1/4 inches wide, 10 3/4 inches deep.
    Demolition magazine is now being produced from digital files direct to plate. We are requesting all digital files to be sent via the instructions posted at www.demolitionmagazine.com. Disks can be sent in CD, but we would prefer using the FTP Site. In either case we will confirm to you the receipt of your “usable” files. A “usable” file is now defined as a “PDF” - this will prevent any movement of copy or art & will also assure correct type fonts are in place - If a “PDF” file is not submitted the magazine will not be held responsible for type fonts, art movement or any descrepency relating to a xion “PDF” file. A PDF proof of all display ads will be sent to you prior to pressrun. Please supply a return e-mail address for this purpose.     ADVERTISING CONDITIONS
    1. All copy is subject to Publisher’s approval and acceptance.
    2. All accounts not paid in full within 30 days of date of invoice shall incur a late charge of 1 1/2% per month from due date until paid in full.
    3. Should Advertiser fail to fulfill his contract, Publisher may, at his option, bill Advertiser for any deficiency based upon the rate earned upon cancellation by Advertiser. Or, in the absence of written cancellation notice, Publisher may insert the last advertising appearing and bill said advertisement to Advertiser toward fulfillment of contract.
    4. In the event Advertiser and/or agency default in payment of bills, Advertiser and/or agency shall be totally liable for all fees and sums of collection, including but not limited to reasonable attorney’s fees and court costs incurred by Publisher in the collection of said bills.
    5. Advertisers and their agencies are solely responsible and assume full liability for all contents of their advertisements.
    6. The Publisher shall not be liable for failure to publish or distribute all or any part of the publication because of labor disputes, accident, fires, act of God or any other circumstances beyond the Publisher’s control. Further, the Publisher shall not be liable for damages if for any reason he fails to publish an advertisement.
    7. No conditions, oral or printed in the contract, order, copy instruction, or elsewhere, which conflict with the Publisher’s policies as set forth in this Rate Card, will be binding on the Publisher.
    8. The advertising agency and the Advertiser assume and agree to pay the charges for advertising published at their direction.
    9. Publisher is not responsible for advertising materials left unclaimed after 180 days.
    10. Jurisdiction and venue for any litigation ensuing from advertising placed in the publication shall properly lie in Bucks County, Pennsylvania.
