This process can be done one of two ways, but in either case we are requesting a proof of the ad along with the ad insertion order so these ads can be placed correctly, in their properly requested publication. A PDF file is the preferred, exceptable file type so nothing moves, type fonts aren’t missed, etc, so you get what you want the first time. If files are sent in their native program the magazine will not be responsible for their content, art, layout, type fonts, etc. As a precaution, a PDF file of the finished ad will be returned to you electronically for your approval. Please submit your approval in a timely manner. |
